How to be Everything (Wapnick)
I'm Denise Hirano
I work organizing complex contexts.
My work sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and experience, bringing more clarity to scenarios that are still diffuse, disorganized, or moving across multiple fronts at the same time.
My background comes from Service Design and process improvement, with experience across consultancies, companies, startups, and venture capital environments, working closely with leadership on innovation and technology initiatives.
lab hirano comes from the meeting between this professional perspective and something that has always been present in my life: observing everyday life, spaces, relationships and the invisible work behind the scenes.
I believe meaningful experiences do not come from formulas, but from attention to time, space, people and details. And that organization can also be a form of care.
Here, I share observations and references openly, for those who want to look more clearly at their own space, work, or experiences that build every day, often without even noticing.
